One of the highlights of this experience is the dramatic transition from remote West Coast beaches back into the heart of the city. After tracing the rugged shoreline and iconic landmarks such as Lion Rock and Karekare Falls, the flight shifts inland, offering a new perspective over Eden Park and central Auckland before heading east toward Mission Bay and Rangitoto Island.
A close pass over Rangitoto’s summit crater provides a striking view of the region’s youngest and largest dormant volcano, offering insight into the geological forces that shaped the region. The return leg along North Head and the Devonport Naval Base completes the journey with sweeping harbour views before touchdown at Mechanics Bay.
We operate this tour exclusively as a private flight. Single seats are not sold separately, ensuring a relaxed and personalised experience for couples, families, and small groups. Weight limitations apply to all flights, and passenger weights must be provided prior to departure to ensure safety and comfort.
