For postage and courier options delivery times vary. If receipt of your voucher is time critical we can send a digital copy as a back up on request. Bookings are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to re-book or cancel the chosen date and time slot due to unforeseen circumstances.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been made, an automatic email with your order confirmation will be provided to the email address you supplied. A Helicopter Me representative will get in touch to confirm details if necessary before vouchers are sent. If for some reason you do not receive it, or you delete the email, please get in touch by emailing info@helime.co.nz
